So, if you’re not ready to move yet, that’s perfect. Join our wait list today, so you’ll be in a good position to secure the future you want when the time is right. While we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your ideal residence to become available, we can tell you the peace of mind that comes with living at a not-for-profit Life Plan Community like Capital Manor is worth the wait and planning ahead is a must.
How to join the waitlist:
- Schedule a time to experience a tour of Capital Manor (either virtually or in person)
- Walk through your residency options with one of our experienced counselors to find the best choice for your lifestyle and budget
- Submit a financial worksheet at the time of application
- Sign the Waitlist Agreement and pay a one-time waitlist deposit
The waitlist deposit is $5,000 and will either go towards your entry fee when you become a resident or is fully refundable should your plans change.
Once your name is added to the waitlist, you automatically become a member of the Future Resident Club! This club will give you an exclusive sneak peek at what being a resident is all about.
Benefits of the Future Resident Club:
- One complimentary meal per month (excluding birthday nights and special evens, alcohol not included, but is available for purchase)
- Full access to our Prime Fitness Center, including our indoor swimming pool and hot tub
- Participation in Group Exercise Classes (if space permits and Wellness Coordinators approve)
- Entertainment and education programs, special interest groups and more
