On February 10, 2021, the residents and staff at Capital Manor will participate in the first of three Vaccine Clinics held on-site at the community.
Through a partnership with CVS, residents and staff will receive priority access to the Pfizer vaccine, leading a strong step forward for our seniors and team members to continue to focus on resident safety during the pandemic.
In December, as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines received emergency approval for distribution, Capital Manor partnered closely with our management company, LifeCare Services® to prepare for on-site clinic opportunities in which residents and staff can receive both doses of the critical vaccine. Today’s clinic marks the first of the three opportunities to receive doses of the vaccine.
Future clinic dates will align with the necessary dose timing, as indicated by the vaccine manufacturer. We are proud to provide priority access to our residents and look forward to sharing future updates with residents and families on all anticipated clinic dates as they become available.
