The Villas at Capital Manor are one-story residences clustered in groups of two to five homes. Configured in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, the Villas offer attached single-car garages, full gourmet kitchens, complete laundry facilities and patios looking out on our lush, beautifully landscaped grounds. The Villas are the Capital Manor residences most like individual single-family homes, and together they create a unique neighborhood feel. For some people, the Villas offer an especially easy transition to retirement community living in terms of size and how they are arranged and appointed. There are also options to customize these residences, including choosing your own colors and other design elements.
Town Homes
The thirteen Town Homes at Capital Manor comprise the newest neighborhood in the community. Configured in both two- and three-bedroom floor plans, the Town Homes also include attached single-car garages, gourmet kitchens and laundry room. Situated on their own street, this group of homes provides proximity to the surrounding neighborhoods while still being linked to the Capital Manor campus.
