Capital Manor passes state survey with flying colors
Capital Manor has an excellent reputation among residents and the outside community as a place where loved ones receive superior care by compassionate and dedicated employees. This was further reinforced March 30, 2010, when Capital Manor passed their state inspection with no deficiencies, the highest marks possible.
Surveys are conducted by the State of Oregon and occur with no prior notice, so inspectors are certain the care they are evaluating is typical of daily care. Various operational and medical services are reviewed and residents are interviewed. "The commitment to quality care our employees give everyday is the foundation of Capital Manor and part of what makes this community unique. I am so proud of our staff," reports Administrator of Resident Health Services Donna BreMiller.
