The Capital Manor Foundation exists to secure, manage and disburse philanthropic funds and the earnings from these funds for the benefit of Capital Manor and its residents. The first priority established by the Capital Manor Foundation is to support residents whose costs have exceeded their assets. As we view our residents more as family than clients, this Foundation helps to ensure that no member of our community will be denied our services for lack of funds. Capital Manor Foundation welcomes gifts, memorials, donations, bequests and deferred gifts. Capital Manor Foundation has entered into a relationship with a trust agent, Oregon Community Foundation (OCF), to make guaranteed life income plans such as charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts available at rates that are particularly advantageous for seniors. We also make it easy for residents who no longer wish to maintain their automobile to donate it and receive a tax deduction.
