Sales and Marketing Representative

• Shift: Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Tuesday - Saturday.
• Duties: The ideal candidate would be an energetic, friendly, and compassionate person that has exceptional organization, customer service and sales skills. Position includes database leads management, touring potential residents and their families, telephone follow-up, sales and contractual information and closing skills, excellent teamwork and communication skills and organizing marketing events.

• Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; excellent marketing, sales, and closing skills; a positive and energetic personality, and a drive to succeed. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with the elderly and their families. Requires excellent communication and writing skills, strong organizational interpersonal capabilities, exceptional computer skills, and the ability to travel locally.

RN or LPN

• Shift: On call positions available.
• Duties: Primary duties include all aspects of resident care. Experience with Geriatrics preferred, including short term acute care.
• Certification: Oregon certification as a RN or LPN. Experience in a RCF or LTC setting preferred. Minimum of 1 year of prior LN experience is required.

CMA - Certified Medication Aide

• Shift: Regular part-time position (20-34 hours per week). May turn into full-time position. On-call positions also available.
• Duties: Administer non-injectable medications in a timely manner and as ordered by the physician. Monitor pulse/blood pressure prior to medication administration as directed. Measure and record temperatures, pulse, and respirations as instructed.
• Benefits: Company paid or partially paid health insurance (depending on hours worked); including medical, dental and vision. Paid time off (depending on hours worked) as well as a 401k plan.
• Certification: Oregon certification as a Certified Medication Aide. Experience in a RCF or LTC setting preferred.

Certified & Non Certified Nursing Assistant

• Shift: Part-time and On-call positions available.
• Duties: Assist and support residents with all activities of daily life and individual needs as assigned.
• Certification: Oregon certification as a nursing assistant required (for certified position). Experience in a RCF or LTC setting preferred.
