Receptionist
- Shift: Full-time position, 8:00 – 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday, with an occasional weekend and/or early evening shift possible.
- Duties: Greet guests & visitors, answer a multi-line phone system, assist residents of Capital Manor, and complete miscellaneous office duties. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are a must. The successful candidate will be able to deliver outstanding customer service in an environment with multiple interruptions.
- Benefits: Salary range is $11 - $11.75 per hour, depending on experience. Benefit package includes health insurance, PTO (Paid time off) plan and a 401k retirement plan.
- Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of prior receptionist experience. Experience working with computers, including Microsoft applications, is required. Prior experience working with seniors is a plus.

Resident Support Services Coordinator
- Shift: Full-time position.
- Duties: Responsible for the coordination of community services and assisting in the development of campus programs that promote health and wellness by helping to meet the physical and emotional needs of the IL residents. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of community services that assist an IL resident maintain their independence in their IL living unit and coordinating the admission process of IL residents into Manor Care.

- Requirements: A current unencumbered license (LPN or RN) to practice as a Licensed Nurse in Oregon; at minimum one (1) year of experience required in a hospital, long-term care facility or other related health care facility.
Certified & Non-Certified Nursing Assistant
- Shift: On-call positions available. Must be able and willing to work shifts that include evening, nights and weekends.
- Duties: Assist and support residents with all activities of daily life and individual needs as assigned.
- Requirements: Oregon certification as a nursing assistant required (for certified position) and at least 1 year of prior experience for the non-certified position. Experience in a RCF or LTC environment preferred.
