Capital Manor was created in 1963, making us one of the most established Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) in the nation. We have been operating as a fully accredited CCRC for more than 15 years and continue to provide care and services, striving to exceed the expectations of our residents and their families. Our comprehensive continuing care program provides for assistance in living and nursing care, as well as predictability for the future should residents’ needs change. Capital Manor is a non-profit corporation led by a Board of Directors comprised of local business people committed to carrying out our mission.
