After almost 50 year of services to seniors, Capital Manor’s profound sense of community is the foundation on which our tradition of care, sensitivity and joy has been built. Having opened in 1963, Capital Manor has become the place to look to for continuing care and retirement living in the Salem area. In fact, we’ve catered to up to three generations of residents—even those within the same families. Throughout the years, we’ve found that residents tend to view our community as just that—a family of friends.
